Job Summary


A Full Stack Website Developer designs, develops, and maintains web applications by managing both the frontend user interface and backend server-side logic. They work with PHP (often Laravel/Symfony) for back-end, MySQL/NoSQL for databases, and frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React/jQuery to build functional, secure, and responsive web applications.

Frontend Development

  • Create responsive, secure user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, AngularJS).

Back-End Development

  • Design and build server-side logic using PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony) and maintain secure database connections (SQL/NoSQL).

Encryption Implementation

  • Implement cryptographic security measures, including hashing (e.g., bcrypt/Argon2) and encryption (e.g., AES-256) for sensitive data storage and transmission.

API Development & Security

  • Develop and secure RESTful APIs to connect front-end and back-end systems.

System Integrity & Performance

  • Optimize applications for speed and security, including regular auditing for vulnerabilities, debugging, and testing.
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and improving application speed and scalability.

Data Protection

  • Implement end-to-end encryption for messaging or sensitive user data using algorithms such as AES, RSA, SHA, and cryptographic implementations.

Security Audits

  • Conduct regular code reviews, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify and patch security loopholes.

Education & Experience Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Min. 3-4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or PHP Developer
  • Experience with end-to-end encryption, payment processing, or real-time communication systems.
  • Understanding of data privacy, GDPR compliance, and secure authentication flows.
  • Experience with Version control (Git), Docker, and web servers (Nginx/Apache).
  • Strong understanding of security principles (SSL/TLS, PCI-DSS compliance, hashing, encryption libraries).
  • Strong understanding of Woocommerce and Shopify platforms.

FAQ

Q. Who issues the work permit?
A. The timeline and results related to the Approval/Rejection of the Work Permit Application is the core decision of the concerned Immigration department of UAE.
Applicant(s) who would be selected/shortlisted for UAE Office of SANSO will be processed for the work permit as per the Govt policies under the sponsorship of SANSO.

Important Note:
1) During Probation or regular tenure of your service if you are not performing as per the given task or targets, so company is eligible to fire you as per MOI/MOL laws permissions.
2) If you breach any policy and involve any serious crime or against company goodwill then your visa will be cancelled & you will be deported back with immediate effect.
