We are looking for an organized Regional Sales Manager to assist in the advertising and selling of our company's products and to create competitive advantages for SANSO in the market industry. They will be responsible for creating a proactive sell in and sell through environment for SANSO to maximize sales in their respective Region. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for building promotional incentives for both consumers and retail sales reps. Expectations including relationships management with both dealer management teams, retailer teams and carriers' stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Develop creative and innovative ways to market SANSO's consumer products
  • Recruiting, training and managing the sales team.
  • Monthly area work plan; SWOT Analysis; Monthly area Survey, Relationship management; Maintain Administration work; Manage Sales Team and Arrange Meetings.
  • Driving the sales activities for achieving the monthly, quaterly and annual targets.
  • Expertise in B2B, B2C & B2G, Distributuin, Franchising & Retail
  • Responsible for primary sales, secondary sales and ensuring brand presence in defined markets.
  • Ensure sell in and sell out alongside given targets
  • Communicate regularly with customers to inform about new products, special promotions, etc
  • Analyse pros/cons of channel mix - including, but not limited to, ATL (print, sponsorships) as well as on-the ground activities (events, booths) and complementary digitals (content marketing, socials).
  • Generate area sales reports for the management on periodic basis. (tools tbd)
  • Develop a repeatable sales model that ensures consistent success and revenue growth
  • Maintain a high level CRM profile through planning and relationship development with key dealers and retailer merchant teams.
  • Work closely with SANSO Sales, Franchise & Retail Marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of programs, effective communication between internal and external stakeholders, and raise brand awareness among channel partners.
  • Create an ongoing competitive profile within the designated region and develop & execute a strategic plan to give Huawei an advantageous sales opportunity with each dealer/retailer.
  • Review and analyze sales data to proactively manage and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Manage the day to day activities in the region, including local travel.
  • Supervise & train the sales team about the SANSO products to achieve the sales targets.
  • Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog and explains features, attributes and advantages over competition.

Education & Experience Requirement

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing or any equivalent qualification
  • At least 7 years of sales, channel or device management experience in the telecommunications or retail industry
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Strong team player with the ability to manage within the confines of a corporate process/procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure.
