Eligibility Criteria

  • Managing SANSO as a brand on its product and corporate communication front nationwide resulting in increased brand health
  • Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Brand Image development, equity generation and positive brand building KPIs.
  • Managing portfolio of all Smart device Models from New product development to final product launch including start-to-end Marketing Plans having OOH, market storming, TVC / Print / Radio / Activation concept development plans with further necessary executions.
  • Must Have PR and Good Communication and Negotiation Skills in Corporate levels as well.
  • Collaboration Lead on Telecom/ Mobile Broadband Internet for SANSO 5G & 4G LTE Smart devices.
  • Digital Lead with Top digital agencies reporting in line on digital marketing strategies.
  • Creative thinking and advising new strategies for new and existing clientele.
  • Planning and building creative strategies for brand activation.
  • Concept and Idea generation for brand experience and promotional events for different leading brands.
  • Handling and directing the artworks etc.
  • Development and execution of the marketing plan for assigned brands.
  • Lead initiatives in collaboration with multifunctional teams and driving top line and bottom line results.
  • Managing the development of total customer and consumer solutions based on market research and insights.
  • Identifying and prioritizing opportunities based on benefit, cost and overall feasibility.
  • Strategize tactics to foster communication and engagement and facilitate two-way communication with our social audience, and work with Content Strategist & Social Designer to help execute
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Drive, and project management tools (eg: Microsoft Planner, Asana etc.)
  • Experience within New Product Development, ATL & BTL
  • Managing the full marketing mix, including advertising and promotional budgets, inventory planning and demand forecasting.

Education & Experience Requirement

  • Master/ Bachelor's/Ph.D degree is required with a focus on Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, PR, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience ideally in Ecommerce or Brand/ Product Management within Consumer industry.
  • Proven superior project management, time management and organization skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of broad marketing principles of segmentation, positioning and targeting
  • Understanding of broadly adopted social channels like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
  • Proven communication and writing skills in English
