Job Summary


As a Manager of Technology, you will be responsible for the ownership and oversight of all enterprise systems, servers, and network infrastructure; IT security; business user support, including directing all IT operations to meet business requirements; and project management of all IT initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Planning and execution of all business critical technology processes including design, development, security and disaster recovery.
  • Outline, plan, and execute the technical strategy, architecture, and development goals to meet the business needs of SANSO
  • Lead and manage the technology planning, the evaluation/decision of alternative technologies, the production of technical documentation, prototype development
  • Manage the technical aspects of platform and products and their compatibility with the ecosystem/ customers’ systems
  • Inspire and work closely with global engineering team to ensure the delivery of the products and oversee the full lifecycle of SANSO Products
  • Develop, direct and test disaster recovery planning, data protection, and security measures
  • Experience with machine learning/algorithms development, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud Computing
  • Thorough Knowledge of Java, PHP, Laravel, Oracle, MySQL, JQuery, Javascript, HTML and CSS, Android & iOS app development, Python, and APIs
  • Focus on security, user authentication, permissions, data integrity
  • Participates on all hardware and software evaluations
  • Knowledge of Crystal Reporting, Shopify, Woo/e-commerce stores with payment gateway integration & creation with SSL & encrypted programming, Fintech, Messaging App.
  • Perform liaison duties between users, operations, and programming personnel in the areas of systems design, modifications or trouble shooting.

Education & Experience Requirement

  • Master’s/Ph.D degree in IT or relevant field with 7-10 years of technology experience is required.
  • Proven track record to steer the technology directions and execute the strategy
  • Excel at technology Product planning, meeting milestones, and releasing a top notch product

Interview Phases

iii) A final review of your submitted project or task via senior team, where you will show off your Task or Project detailed presentation and demonstrate what you have to offer out of the box expertise of your's.

FAQ

Q. Who issues the work permit?
A. The timeline and results related to the Approval/Rejection of the Work Permit Application is the core decision of the concerned Immigration department of UAE.
Applicant(s) who would be selected/shortlisted for UAE Office of SANSO will be processed for the work permit as per the Govt policies under the sponsorship of SANSO.

During Probation or regular tenure of your service if you are not performing as per the given task or targets, so company is eligible to fire you as per MOI/MOL laws permissions.
If you breach any policy and involve any serious crime or against company goodwill then your visa will be cancelled & you will be deported back with immediate effect.
