Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking ICT Manager to lead Sanso’s full spectrum of information and communication technologies—covering Cybersecurity, Telecom Systems, FinTech infrastructure, Consumer IoT, Mobile App DevOps, Programming, Quality Assurance, and Strategic R&D. The ideal candidate will architect and safeguard scalable tech environments while driving innovation, compliance, and operational efficiency across all verticals.

Cybersecurity & Data Protection

  • Architect enterprise-level cybersecurity policies & IT infrastructure and systems for Sanso.
  • Ensure full compliance with GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, NIST 2.0
  • Must be familiar with EMV Interfaces & industry card payment standards.
  • Conduct regular penetration testing, threat assessments, and incident response drills
  • Oversee encryption standards (E2EE, TLS, & Sanso's own security & encryption protocols etc.) for communication, transactions, and user data

Telecom & Communication Infrastructure

  • Design & Implement telecom APIs and integrations

R&D and Innovation Leadership

  • Lead tech feasibility studies, emerging tech prototyping (e.g., smart wearables, eSIM, NFC, Tap & Pay Payments, QR Payments, embedded payment devices)
  • Evaluate new frameworks and tools in AI/ML, Edge Computing, Blockchain where relevant
  • Drive innovation in privacy-first communication and EV-software interfaces

FinTech & Payment Stack

  • Oversee end-to-end payment infrastructure, KYC/AML security, and compliance.
  • Manage virtual/physical card systems, PCI-DSS standards, fraud prevention & dispute management.

Programming, DevOps & Infrastructure

  • Manage internal teams or external partners for React, Node.js, React Native, and microservices architecture.
  • Guide cloud infrastructure setup
  • Optimize CI/CD pipelines, version control, staging vs production environments

Quality Assurance & Control

  • Implement end-to-end QA & QC practices for hardware and software products
  • Oversee test automation frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Selenium, Postman, Appium)
  • Conduct performance benchmarking, regression testing, and hardware validation for smart electronics

Education & Experience Requirement

  • Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Security, or related fields
  • Min. 5–6 years of experience in multi-domain ICT leadership
  • Strong cross-functional understanding of FinTech, IoT/Hardware, Telecom, and Secure Mobile App development
  • Experience in managing DevSecOps, Cloud, and Cybersecurity for B2B/B2C software systems
  • Certifications like CISSP, CEH, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or AWS Certified Security Specialist are a plus

  • Office Timing: 7:00am - 6:00pm (including Lunch Break)
  • Working days: Monday To Saturday (Sunday is off)
  • Salary (On-Probation): 5000 AED/month
    After the probation period, salaries will be reviewed and incremented based on individual performance( it's totally on management to decide, as it's not mandatory as per law, just its a positive gesture to encourage the employees)

Interview Phases
i) Online Phase of general Interview on Teams via text phase to keep all chat as record for the management.
ii) Shortlisted candidate will be given a Task or Project related to their position/department to check your abilities.
iii) A final review of your submitted project or task via senior team, where0 you will show off your Task or Project detailed presentation and demonstrate what you have to offer out of the box expertise of your's.

FAQ

Q. Who issues the work permit?
A. The timeline and results related to the Approval/Rejection of the Work Permit Application is the core decision of the concerned Immigration department of UAE.
Applicant(s) who would be selected/shortlisted for UAE Office of SANSO will be processed for the work permit as per the Govt policies under the sponsorship of SANSO.

Important Note:
1. Passports Will Remain With The Company, Emirates ID and Work Permit Card will be with the Employees.
2. When Employee travel to their country, they deposit Emirates ID card and Employment Card to the company with clearance letter from Bank, Etisalat, DU and Kashaf, that there's no pending balances, debt or anything on them with the confirmation of return date (so, it will not be of any issue for the company later on), so they get their passport back for the holiday period, this is to avoid any dispute and risks.
3. During Probation or regular tenure of your service if you are not performing as per the given task or targets, so company is eligible to fire you as per MOI/MOL laws permissions.
4. If you breach any policy and involve any serious crime or against company goodwill then your visa will be cancelled & you will be deported back with immediate effect.
