Franchise Incharge will be responsible for planning and managing the franchising business of SANSO. They will be responsible for developing franchising opportunities, managing franchise staff & customer relations and for offering continuous support to franchises, to ensure the overall success of the franchises. They are responsible for ensuring their staff give great customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of the store.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Assist with the development and implementation of Franchise specific business plans and budgets
  • Interpret monthly management accounts, benchmark and suggest corrective actions
  • Protect Brand integrity via implementation and measurement of Standards of Operations Programmes
  • Prepare and execute the marketing strategy for SANSO's franchise opportunity, attracting newer franchises.
  • Screen potential franchise by analyzing investment requirements, franchise’s potential, and financials, franchise experience and vision.
  • Assist franchises in selecting and formulating locality marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness and grow their business
  • Developing and executing lead management across the retail (B2C) business
  • Support the day-to-day management of franchise. Advice and support franchises with all areas of their business including: store standards, stock management, customer relationship, staffing and recruitment, finances and payments, cost control, expansion.
  • Franchise legal responsibilities – ensure franchise agreement renewals, fee/ payment collection, and keeping franchise agreements up to date with current legislation.
  • Develop & conduct the training program for the franchisee.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Ensure the financial performance and revenue targets of the franchisee is achieved through analysis of its Profit & Loss and KPIs.
  • Develop and expand the relationships with important key opinion leaders as well as other key stakeholders
  • Review your own sales & outlet's staff sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

Education & Experience Requirement

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in store/franchise development and management in a similar industry (Smartphone/telecom etc)
