Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and data-driven E-commerce Sales & Performance Marketing Expert to lead the growth, visibility, and profitability of Sanso’s e-commerce channels. You will manage D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) platforms, digital ad performance, product listings, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and ROI management for Sanso' products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all Sanso e-commerce storefronts (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom portals).
  • Build and manage e-commerce strategy for Sanso’s digital platforms and physical products.
  • Plan, execute & deploy the performace marketing & funneling with the scale of paid & organic acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok etc) & brand positioning.
  • Track KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, bounce rate) and iterate performance via A/B testing.
  • Optimize ad creatives and landing pages to align with buyer personas.
  • Leverage retargeting and remarketing campaigns for higher retention.
  • Lead technical SEO audits, on-page & off-page SEO, keyword research, schema markup, and backlink outreach.
  • Optimize Sanso’s sites, landing pages, product pages, and blogs for SERP visibility
  • Ensure ASO (App Store Optimization) for all apps & app pages on GooglePlay Store , App Store, and product listings.
  • Perform competitor benchmarking, keyword research, and reviews monitoring.
  • Manage product presence and sales on other e-store, and Sanso’s own e-store
  • Handle product reviews, seller ratings, shipping rules, and fulfillment strategies.
  • Build dashboards for daily/weekly tracking of traffic, funnel, and sales insights.

Education & Experience Requirement

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Digital Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or relevant field.
  • Min. 2-4 years in e-commerce sales, SEO, and performance marketing.
  • Proven record of scaling product sales via D2C websites and marketplaces.

  • Working days: Monday To Saturday (Sunday is off)
  • Salary (On-Probation): 3500 AED/month

Interview Phases
i) Online Phase of general Interview on Teams via text phase to keep all chat as record for the management.

iii) A final review of your submitted project or task via senior team, where you will show off your Task or Project detailed presentation and demonstrate what you have to offer out of the box expertise of your's.

FAQ

Q. Who issues the work permit?
A. The timeline and results related to the Approval/Rejection of the Work Permit Application is the core decision of the concerned Immigration department of UAE.
Applicant(s) who would be selected/shortlisted for UAE Office of SANSO will be processed for the work permit as per the Govt policies under the sponsorship of SANSO.

Important Note:
1) During Probation or regular tenure of your service if you are not performing as per the given task or targets, so company is eligible to fire you as per MOI/MOL laws permissions.
2) If you breach any policy and involve any serious crime or against company goodwill then your visa will be cancelled & you will be deported back with immediate effect.
