The ASOs are responsible for planning, implementing, managing and overseeing company's overall sales strategy. They will be involved in selling SANSO products to customers and clients. They will be responsible for finding new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid users.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects sales & marketing strategies
  • The ASO reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager and is responsible for the sales in the assigned territory.
  • To focus on revenue generation & meet targets by selling SANSO Products to the new clients and maintaining relationships with existing base of clients.
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Responsible for preparing and executing on sales and marketing budgets
  • Achieving business/sales target through retail, distributor & dealer network.
  • Implementing the marketing and sales promotion strategies.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog and explains features, attributes and advantages over competition.

Education & Experience Requirement

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in sales & marketing preferably in a similar industry (Smartphone/telecom etc)
