To develop and oversee sales & marketing campaigns to promote products and services. To manage the development and implementation of SANSO sales & marketing structure/strategy and communication plans, and centralized oversee marketing, communication, public and media relations activities in order to effectively promote SANSO brand and projects, and build a positive corporate brand in line with its strategy and objectives with proper ATL/BTL/OOH activities and expertise at B2B and B2C levels.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Distributor & Dealer Management To guarantee Sell-in & Sell out, Smooth supply chain management, Stock, Distributor’s billing Executing sales strategies and setting the target Overall management of Brand positioning, Ensure the efficiency matrix on daily sales
  • Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
  • Expertise in B2B & B2C
  • Tracking, recording, and monitoring sales teams within a region.
  • Regularly review sales data and create reports for senior-level officers/ Regional Sales manager
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to provide sales insights to marketing and sales staff
  • Travel to organization locations within a given area to meet with and manage sales staff
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
  • Establish, develop and maintain distribution and retail network throughout the assigned region
  • Continuously review and bring improvements in KPIs assigned to you and your team
  • Manage franchise and retail channel by motivating and counseling the concerned and explain the profitability model.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • Good disciplined use of CRM and administration.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog and explains features, attributes and advantages over competition.
  • Review your own sales & team sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to regional sales manager

Education & Experience Requirement

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration (MBA), marketing, or related fields may be preferred
  • 5 years of experience required, depending on past sales experience and industry
  • Proven sales experience and knowledge, including familiarity with current trends in sales methods
